Do you support the speakers during the event?

Yes. We prepare presentations, run sound and microphone checks and have live technicians who assist the speakers at all times.

How is the quote prepared?

Based on the programme, the venue, the audience size and the technical needs. We don't use automated pricing: every proposal is reviewed and approved by a member of the team.

How far in advance should I get in touch?

The sooner the better, especially for congresses and conventions, to reserve the date, equipment and technicians and prepare the technical plan properly.
