The legal basis is your consent when submitting the form and the application of pre-contractual measures at your request.
Retention
We keep the data for as long as the relationship lasts and for the applicable statutory periods. The operational files for each event are kept for up to 30 days after it takes place, except in the case of a legal obligation, an incident, acceptance of a quote or express authorisation.
Recipients
We do not disclose your data to third parties except where legally required. We do not make international transfers of data.

This site offers an artificial intelligence assistant that helps you describe your event. In accordance with Reglamento (UE) 2024/1689 (Reglamento de Inteligencia Artificial, the EU Artificial Intelligence Act), we inform you that you are interacting with an AI system.
The assistant only collects the requirements of your event and prepares an internal summary for our team; it does not display prices or confirm availability. We do not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects (Article 22 of the RGPD): every proposal or quote is always prepared and reviewed by a person on our team before it is sent to you. The lawful basis for this processing is your consent and the application of pre-contractual measures at your request.
Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
