Mobile disco prices: what's included

DJ in a booth with loudspeakers and lights beside guests dancing

The price of a mobile disco comes down to four things: how many people will dance, how many hours the music lasts, where it is set up and how much light you want on the dance floor. A first communion on a home patio and a village fiesta may carry the same name on a quote, but they share neither the equipment nor the staff. With the mobile disco hire we run from Albacete for the whole of Spain, the DJ and the equipment always go together, with setup included, so what changes from one party to the next is the size of each piece.

What a mobile disco always includes

All our packs have a fixed core: a professional DJ for the event, a sound system, lighting for the dance floor, and transport with setup and teardown. Before the date we put together the music selection with your requests, and the DJ adapts it on the fly depending on how the crowd responds.

If you are torn between this and hiring just a DJ who brings their own music, we explain the difference in DJ or mobile disco: which to choose.

What pushes the quote up or down

From that base, the price moves for these reasons. It is hardly ever just one: a long wedding at a country estate usually combines three or four.

  • Number of guests. More people need more sound so the music reaches the back of the dance floor without deafening those at the front.
  • Type of event. A wedding has a dinner, planned moments such as the entrance or the first dance, and a party afterwards. A birthday is usually just the party.
  • Hours of music. Every extra hour is another hour of DJ and staff on site.
  • Lighting level. There is a long way between basic ambient light and a dance floor with effects, lasers and a smoke machine.
  • Setup and access. A hall with unloading at the door is set up faster than an estate down a dirt track or a room on an upper floor with no lift.
  • Travel. It is included in the quote, so the distance from Albacete shows in the figure.
  • Extras. LED screens or a photo booth are quoted separately and added to the mobile disco.

The venue's hours and volume limits count too

Before asking for a quote, check two things with the hall or estate: how late music is allowed and whether they have a sound limiter. Limiters are common in venues close to homes, and one set low determines what equipment makes sense to bring. A big system is of little use if the limiter cuts out as soon as the volume goes up.

Closing time sets the hours of music. The time the venue lets us in to set up decides whether setup is calm or a race against the clock. In town squares and village fiestas, the council permit and the hours it sets have the final word.

What each pack includes

We have four formats. Mobile Disco Birthday is for small groups and family celebrations: DJ, compact sound adapted to the space, basic ambient lighting and music with your requests. Mobile Disco Private Party and Wedding, for medium-sized groups, is the one booked most often. It brings powerful sound, advanced lighting with effects and lasers, a smoke machine, a DJ experienced in weddings and technical support.

Mobile Disco Corporate and Local Event is designed for companies, town councils and village fiestas with medium to large groups, with professional-grade sound, lighting adapted to the venue and coordination with the organisers. For more than 2,000 people there is Big Event and Festival, with sound sized to the crowd, large-format LED screens and several DJs to cover the whole programme. At weddings, the mobile disco usually goes together with the rest of the celebration setup; you will find it all under weddings and celebrations.

Festivals and large gatherings are quoted per project, because the sound is sized to the actual crowd and the specific venue.

What details to send us for a quote

With this, we can reply with a concrete proposal rather than a price range:

  • Date and town.
  • Type of party and approximate number of guests.
  • Venue: hall, estate, square, indoors or outdoors.
  • What time the music starts and the closing time the venue has given you.
  • Whether there is a sound limiter or any volume restriction.
  • Special moments: speeches, first dance, the couple's entrance.

If you already have some songs in mind, send them too. To get a head start, here is how to prepare your party playlist without it turning into an endless list.

Frequently asked questions

How many hours of music are included?

There is no set number of hours that applies to every party. The DJ is there for the whole agreed event, and the hours are fixed in the quote according to your schedule and the venue's. If you think the party might run late, say so when you ask for a quote and we will plan for it.

Is there a technician as well as the DJ?

Yes. The mobile disco comes with setup, a DJ at the decks throughout the event, sound and lighting operation, and teardown handled by Zenor staff. The wedding, corporate and big event packs also list technical support.

Can I choose the music?

Yes. We put together the selection with your taste and your requests, and we can do themed sets, such as an eighties one. During the party the DJ adjusts it to how the dance floor responds: if a block isn't working, it changes.

Do I need a special power socket?

In a hall or a home, sockets near where the DJ booth goes are usually enough; how many depends on the equipment and we confirm it once we see the space. In squares and outdoor spaces, you need to confirm with the organisers or the council where the power comes from. We always ask before finalising the quote.

Is there a microphone for speeches?

We have wireless microphones as part of the mobile disco kit. If there are speeches, a toast or a surprise with a microphone at the party, let us know when you ask for a quote so it is included.

Tell us the date, the place and how many people are coming, and we will put together your mobile disco proposal.Request a mobile disco quote
