What it costs to stream an event live depends mainly on how many cameras are needed and on whether someone produces the broadcast, that is, decides at every moment what is on screen. Then come the internet connection, the hours on air, the recording and anything added on top of the picture. Our event streaming and live broadcast is quoted that way, piece by piece, and further down you will find the starting prices of the packs that have one published.
Why there is no single price for a live stream
A live stream is not a camera pointed at a stage. It is a chain: cameras, the event audio, a vision mixer if there is more than one camera, an encoder that converts the signal for the platform, a connection that can handle the upload and a technician watching all of it for as long as the broadcast lasts. A one-hour talk with one camera and a full-day congress with several rooms use the same word and have nothing in common in price.
One camera or several
This is the first thing that moves the price. One camera is enough for a ceremony, a talk or a presentation with a single focus of attention: a steady, well-framed shot. As soon as there is more than one point of interest (panel and audience, stage and screen, several speakers) you need at least two cameras, otherwise the viewer misses what matters. Our packs are organised that way: single-camera broadcast, multi-camera production and full production for large events.

Live production: who decides what is on screen
With several cameras comes live production: someone at a vision mixer chooses which camera is on air, when the caption with the speaker's name comes in and when a video or the slides are cut in. That is one more person and one more piece of equipment, which is why a multi-camera broadcast costs more than a single-camera one. It is also the difference between a stream people enjoy following and a fixed camera they abandon. We explain how it is organised in how to run the multi-camera live stream of an event.
The internet connection
It is easy to forget when asking for a price, and it is the first thing we check. If the venue has a reliable fixed line, we work on it. If it does not, or it is doubtful, we bring our own satellite connection with a Starlink dish, used only for the broadcast, and it is reflected in the quote. Full production also includes connection redundancy, so that a dropout does not cut the broadcast. We explain it in internet for events: Starlink for live streaming.
Hours on air and setup
You do not only pay for the broadcast hours. Before that, the kit has to be set up, the signal brought out and the broadcast test done with time to spare, because a live broadcast cannot be repeated. Each pack has a reference duration, from a short broadcast to a full day, and if the programme runs over, extra hours are added.
Some extras change the quote and are best decided in the brief:
- Recording of the event: the signal that goes on air is recorded at the same time and we hand you the file to publish later.
- Captions and graphics: in the essential broadcast, names, titles and logos over the picture are an extra; in multi-camera they are already included, and what you add are brand templates and custom graphics.
- Private platform: broadcast on a website or platform with restricted access, instead of an open channel.
- Several platforms at once: included in full production.
- More cameras: a second camera in the essential broadcast, or extra cameras, a crane or a wireless camera in multi-camera.
If the event is both in person and online, with speakers joining remotely, see also hybrid events: in person and online.

What to send us for a quote
The more details you give us up front, the fewer emails back and forth. You can send them through the contact form with this:
- Date, broadcast times and the setup hours the venue allows
- Exact venue and whether it has a wired internet connection
- What is being broadcast: a talk, a panel, a concert, a ceremony
- Which platform it goes out on and whether it is open or restricted
- Whether you want the recording, captions or remote speakers
- A photo or a plan of the space, if you have one
Frequently asked questions
Do you broadcast in 4K?
Our live vision mixer works in high definition (1080p), not 4K. For most event broadcasts that is the right choice. If you need 4K delivery, tell us beforehand, because it calls for different equipment.
Can I hire just the equipment, without a technician?
We do not recommend it and in most cases we do not do it. The mixer has to be configured for each broadcast and the platform keys are loaded on the spot. A live broadcast has no second chance, so it comes with a technician.
What happens if the connection drops?
That is why it is checked beforehand. For large events we set up connection redundancy and signal contingency. And if each camera is also recorded separately, the footage still exists to edit the video afterwards even if the live broadcast had a cut.
Is travel outside Albacete charged separately?
We work all over Spain from Albacete, and travel is reflected in the quote.
Tell us what is being broadcast, where and on which platform, and we will prepare a quote reviewed by a person.Request a streaming quote
